As Executive Vice President, People and Partners, Karen Radford leads Enbridge’s Human Resources and Public & Government Affairs teams. Karen joined Enbridge in 2011 having served most recently as a member of the executive leadership team at TELUS. A biologist by training, Karen moved to a career in telecom in 1991 when she joined New Brunswick Tel where she held roles in customer care, marketing, sales, field services and IT. She then joined TELUS in 1998. Some of her past roles include Vice President, Customer Care; Vice President, National Service Fulfillment; and Vice President, National Service Assurance. In 2004, Karen joined the TELUS executive team as President of Partner Solutions and later TELUS International. She has also served as President of TELUS Quebec and most recently President of Business Solutions.

Karen serves on the boards of the Alberta Childrens Hospital Foundation, the Western Financial Group, the TELUS Calgary Community Board and she is the President and Co-Founder of the Women's Leadership Foundation. She has also served as a director for Loblaw Companies Limited, and a national adviser to Youth in Motion and Women in Motion.

In 2006 Karen was named one of Canadas Top 40 Under 40 and Woman of the Year by the Canadian Women in Communications organization in 2007. She was inducted into the Womens Executive Network Hall of Fame in 2007 and that year was also voted Best Canadian Executive by the Stevie Awards for Women in Business. Karen was also recognized as a Woman of Distinction for her community dedication by the YWCA Foundation in 2009. In 2013 Karen was selected and awarded HR Executive of the Year from the C-Suites.

Karen received a Masters of Business Administration from Dalhousie University in 1991 and a Bachelor of Science from Mount Allison University in 1989.
