Michelle Cameron Coulter is a born and raised Calgarian and a Canadian Olympic synchronized swimmer. A six time World Champion, she swam on the Canadian team for over ten years topping off her career by winning an Olympic Gold Medal with partner Carolyn Waldo in Seoul Korea in 1988. Michelle became the first ever Albertan to win a Summer Olympic Gold Medal. She has been inducted into Alberta and Canadian Halls of Fame as well as the International Aquatic Hall of Fame. She has also been awarded the Order of Canada.

Michelle is very active in her community and has dedicated thousands of volunteer hours to numerous non-profit and charitable organizations, as well as founding two charities of her own. The mission of her company, Gold Medal Inspirations is to "inspire all to embrace their full potential." She speaks openly and honestly about overcoming challenges, digging deep and sharing tangible success tools. Michelle is also co-founder and principal of "GEMS", creating a bigger definition of success for women in business. 

Michelle has been married over 20 years to fellow Olympian and volleyball player Al Coulter and is most proud of being the mother of four very active wonderful children.
